1) Goat cheese mouse on a nuts and fruit cracker topped with dill or a slow cooked cherry tomato (to be confirmed closer to the date) £2.5

2) beef canapes on a focaccia with onion chutney £3

3) stracciatella on a spoon with lime infused courgette leaves and roasted pine nuts or with pomegranate, topped with oil and Maldon salt flakes £2.5

4) small bowl of cacio e pepe linguine £4.5

5) sweet potatoes, hummus and roasted pepper topped with olive oil, Maldon salt flakes and fresh basil (£2)

6) Eton mess made with a Pavlova meringue and topped with strawberries and whipped cream £2.5
