Roast potatoes and chicken nuggets for the kids (cost is £5 for half an adult portion, 20 kids portions) plus two hand made little pizzas for each kid (£5, these require 10 minutes in the oven at 200 C)
Adults menu (catered for in excess of 20 people)
The following canapés (£10 per each adult):
feta cheese and watermelon (20 portions)
hand made pizzette with 'Nduja sausage on top (can have some without for the vegetarians) (20 portions)
buffalo mozzarella, tomato and basil skewers (20 portions)
Freshly made guacamole, to dip in with tortillas (20 portions)
The following selections of main course:
10 portions of Aubergine Parmigiana
15 portions of Coque au Vin (chicken cooked with cognac, red wine, shallots, carrots, garlic mushrooms and bacon) with new potatoes roasted with garlic
12 portions of black rice salad with sweet chorizo, raisins, fresh mint and roasted and pine nuts
8 portions of fusilli pasta salad with gently fried onions and courgettes, fresh basil, roasted pine nuts and shaved Parmesan cheese
Allergens: Wheat, Diary, Celery (in the stock for the Coque au Vin), Sulphites (the Cabernet Sauvignon in the Coque au Vin), Eggs.
