50th Birthday Dinner

Happy 50th Birthday!!!

 

We are delighted that you have chosen to celebrate this special occasion with Ambra' Kitchen!

We will deliver dinner for 6 people which includes:

  • A selection of appetizer featuring the creamy Italian burrata cheese with pomegranate, courgettes pine nuts and basil, a selection of small tomatoes 
  • A very rich Cacciucco as main dish, the very popular seafood stew recipe from Livorno in Tuscany. For this occasion, we will make it with clams, mussels, crab meat, squid and langoustines. 
  • Our Pavlova cake with whipped cream and berries with a decoration featuring the spacial 50th birthday occasion.

All dishes will be fully prepped. You will only need to complete the final cooking of the Cacciucco for which you will receive easy and fully detailed written instructions. We will leave some pots with you and arrange a convenient time to collect them back.

 

Ambra will personally deliver the dinner at your place on Thursday 25th March between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. (If this time does not work for you, please call Ambra to arrange a more suitable time slot.)
