Airfinity Christmas 2024
Dear Airfinity Team,
Thank your for choosing to host your Christmas party with Ambra's Kitchen. We can't wait to cook for you!!
It will be a pleasure for us to look after your team and your guests.
We will be preparing the following feast of canapés and sweet bites for you:

Flat bread with 7 hours slow cooked lamb, yoghurt and pomegranate (Meat)

Peanut butter roasted aubergine with chilli served on a canape spoon (VG)

Roasted Cashews, caramelised with Turmeric and Fennel Seeds and served in a bamboo cone (VG)

A Selection of Italian charcuterie (fennel salami, bresaola and salame felino) served in a bamboo cone with an olive and a bread stick (Meat)

Rib-Eye steak on freshly baked focaccia with sweet onion chutney (Meat)

Handmade hummus with pan-fried mushroom, male syrup and chilli on a canape spoon (VG)

Shortbread cookie (made with wheat and almond flour), with Parmesan Cheese, Pesto, Cream Cheese and Roasted Tomato (V)

Blini with smoked salmon, red currant, handmade mayo and chives (Fish) (Fish)

Lemon cannoli (Sweet)

Little meringues coated in chocolate and hazelnuts

The cost of this event is £1,288. The cost includes:
- savoury and sweet canapes as described above for 30 people
- rental of serving trays, platters and canape spoons
- compostable bamboo cones and skewers
- staff of 2 serving
- parking charges and congestion charge
We will be arriving at 134 Wigmore Street W1U 3SE, between 5PM and 5:30PM on 3rd December 2024 and we'll have the food ready for 7:30pm, 30 minutes after the expected arrival of your first guests. Food will be served until 9:30pm.
Should we be required to stay later than agreed, the additional cost per our is £100. We will clearing and cleaning after our prepping and cooking job.
We will bring some printout copies of the menu with full allergens as well as small boards to be placed in front of each set of canapes. Please ask your guests to check the menu if they have any allergies.
