
Additions to AQA Event Oct 2024
Dear IONA team,
This is your webpage for the changes to the AQA event.
The menu remained unchanged as per below.
We are simply adding:
- 10 more guests at same agreed price of £34 pp
- one more staff for prepping the food and assisting with service £80
- 2.5 hours of local parking fee (based on PayByPhone street rates, for a total of £25
We will be arriving around 4PM on 1st October 2024 and we'll have the food ready for 6:00pm. We will be working until and 8:30PM. (please note that in the initial webpage we were planning 6:30-9; we are now targeting an earlier start and finish 6-8:30)
Should we be required to stay later, that's not a problem for us, it can be agreed o the spot and the cost for every extra hours will be £110.
It will be a pleasure for us to look after your team and your 40 guests on 1st October.
We will be preparing the following feast of canapes and sweet bites for you:
- Feta, watermelon and mint on a skewer (V)
- Roasted aubergines with peanut butter and chillies on a canapes spoon (VG)
- Bamboo cone with Cashews with Turmeric, curry and fennel seeds (VG)
- The focaccia, rib-eye steak and sweet onion chutney canape
- Stracciatella cheese (creamier than burrata) on a canapes spoon with lime infused courgettes and roasted pine nuts or with pomegranate (V)
- Torsades au Fromage (gruyere cheese puff pastry twists)
- Shortbread cookie (made with Parmesan cheese, wheat, eggs and almond flour) with goat cheese, roasted tomato and pesto (V)
- A nest of Parmesan cheese, with a rocket leaf and ginger jam
- Baba Ganoush on Carasau Sardinian Bread (VG)
- Pistachios cannoli
We will bring some printout copies of the menu with full allergens as well as little boards for each canapes with allergens. Please ask your guests to check the menu if they have any allergies.
