Babel 2025 -Brave is Beautiful Party

Dear Babel PR Team,

Thank your for choosing to celebrate with Ambra's Kitchen. We can't wait to cook for you on November 20th for your Brave is Beautiful party!!

It will be a pleasure for us to look after your team and your guests.

We will be preparing the following feast of canapes and sweet bites for you:

Savoury Canapes

·        Corn chip topped with red radicchio leaves, Parma ham, pomegranate, balsamic reduction and chopped pistachios (oranges instead of Parma for vegan options) (VG option)

·        Caramelized Cashews with cumin seeds and curry (VG)

·        Date, plum and hazelnut cookies with blue cheese and dry fig  (V)

·         Parmesan shell with ginger jam and rocket leaf (V)

·        Blini with smoked salmon, handmade mayo and red red currant (fish)

·        Rib-eye steak with focaccia and caramelized mango chutney (meat)

·        Slow cooked lamb with yoghurt and pomegranate on thyme savoury biscuits (meat)

Sweet Canapes

• The cost of this event is estimated at a total of £1,677. This figure includes:
• canapes as described above for 35 people
• rental of serving trays, platters and canape spoons, and provision of black cocktail napkins
• staff of 3 working  (1 in the kitchen and 2 serving)

We will be arriving between 3:30PM and 4PM on 20th November 2025 and we'll have the food ready for 6pm. We will be working until and 8:30PM.

2/3 of the total cost is due upfront, the reminder is due after the event. In the final bill, we will be including the congestion charge, any parking cost. We will leave the prep are in the same clean condition as we find it. 

We will bring labels with main allergens. Please ask your guests to check with us if they have any allergies.
