Dear Babel PR Team,

Thank your for choosing to celebrate with Ambra's Kitchen. We can't wait to cook for you on July 10th for your Sunset and Samba party!!

It will be a pleasure for us to look after your team and your guests.

We will be preparing the following feast of canapes and sweet bites for you:

Savoury Canapes

  • 1.Sweet and spicy pork and pineapple
  • 2. Guacamole on tortillas - VEGAN
  • 3. Little black (edible, wheat based) cones with chopped chorizo (cooked on the spot) and fresh tomatoes and feta (full of flavour, pretty and and very easy to eat)
  • 4. Rib-eye steak with Chimichurri and cucumber
  • 5. Cheese topped with Guava paste (Guava paste is a classic latin experience, very tropical in flavour and a great compliment to a salty and nutty cheese)
  • 6. Halloumi (cooked on the spot) topped with mango and chilli (like the above this is a cheese and fruit based canape, but a completely different flavour and texture)
  • 7. Papaya salad (with cucumber, spring onions, roasted peanuts, coriander and a soya-sugar-olive oil and lime dressing) on an edible shell (made with wheat) - VEGAN
  • 8. Crostini with Hummus, za'tar and honey roasted carrots, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds - VEGAN

Sweet Canapes

  • 9. Caipirinha infused ricotta mini tarts
  • 10. Chocolate mini tart with mascarpone cream and passion fruit

  • The cost of this event is estimated at a total of £2,474 . This figure includes:
    • savoury canapes as described above for 60 people
    • sweet bites for 30 people
    • rental of serving trays, platters and canape spoons
    • staff of 4  working in the kitchen and serving
    • additional staff of 1 serving and clearing serving 

We will be arriving between 3:30PM and 4PM on 10th July 2025 and we'll have the food ready for 6pm. We will be working until and 9PM (2 people will  be dedicated to the top floor).  One person will be mainly dedicated to the cleaning  throughout the event. 

2/3 of the total cost is due upfront, the reminder is due after the event. In the final bill, we will be including the congestion charge, any parking cost and any staff costs if we are required to stay later than 9pm (£110 per hour, for all 5 people). We will leave the kitchen in the same clean condition as we find it. 

We will bring some printout copies of the menu with full allergens, please ask your guests to check the menu if they have any allergies.
