Hi Andy,

We are excited to prepare our food for your birthday celebration!

As quoted here is the menu for you 65 guests at £21.5 each for mains and desert.
Please check everything and let us know if anything needs amending. You have metioned also the sunfflower seeds and onions (not spring onions) 

Mains:

Salad with Lettuce, Roasted Chicken, Fried Hallloumi,  Spring Onions, Pomegranate, Mint, Coriander, Pistachios and Mango, Olive oil, Maldon salt and Pepper
Allergens: Pistachios, Milk 

Sweet Roasted Potatoes, with Fried Spring Onions, Fresh Figs, Walnuts, Crumbled Goat Cheese and Balsamic Reduction
Allergens: Walnuts, Milk

Roasted Aubergines, Ricotta Cheese, with Parsley, Fresh Yellow Dates and Mature Brown Dates, maple Syrup and Oilve oil
Allergens: Milk

Sicilian Pasta, with Raisins, Green olives, Capers, Lemons and a Red Tomatoes and Basil Pesto 
Allergens: Pine Nuts, Wheat, Milk   



Desert

A long Pavlova with mixed berries and tropical fruit (possibly two, depending on tables size) and mixed colours candles
Allergens: Eggs, Milk

MIRANDA should collect her food directly from us at 8pm, not from the buffet, as we will make nut free version from her (we cannot guarantee lack of micro contamination that night given the amount of nuts in the menu but there will not be any pieces of nuts in her food)

GILL should also collect ALL dishes from us at 8pm and NOT the buffet as every dishe as some MILK. We will make MILK free versions for her.

In addition to the food, we wil provide 3 platters for every dish (for a total of 12 platter in which will be serving the food). The cost of each platter is £3:30 (for a total of £36)

Food will be served around 8:15-8:30pm, with desert served about 9:30pm on Saturday 3rd August. We will be there finalizing the preparation of the food from 5:30pm. 

 

All Food Allergens Are Listed Above. However, The Environment In Which The Dishes Are Made Handles The 14 Food Allergens Mentioned Under Natasha’s Law, Which Must Be Declared In Accordance With The Food Information Regulations.
