Hi Ellie,

We are super looking forward to preparing our food for your birthday celebration!

As quoted, below is the menu for your 20 guests dinner.
We will be ready for drinks at 6:30pm and dinner at 7:30pm. I will message you the day before with our expected arrival time, we expect that to be between 4 and 5 pm. 

*Canapes: 
Burrata cheese on a canape spoon with gently pickled cherry mini plum tomato and roasted grapes. (the grapes will be warm) £ 3.4
Parmesan nest with rocket and ginger jam £3.4
Baba Ghanoush on pitta bread topped with herbs and lemon £3.3
Allergens: Milk, Wheat  


**Sharing salads £15
Lettuce, mango, cucumber, celery, radishes, yellow fresh dates, roasted pistachios (olive oil, brown sugar and lime vinaigrette or oil, mustard and honey)
Roasted Asparagus with steamed peas topped with shaved parmesan or fresh ricotta cheese, Maldon salt and Olive oil, served with fresh focaccia bread
Allergens: Celery, Wheat, Milk, Pistachios


***Sharing platters Pasta £21
Rigatoni with roasted chicken cooked with spring onions, butter and lemon, roasted julienne courgettes, roasted pine nuts and basil
Rigatoni with spinach, mushrooms, garlic and cream, topped with parmesan cheese
Courgette Parmigiana layers of roasted courgettes, mozzarella cheese, tomato  sauce and bread crumbs topped with basil)
(a small tray with 2 portions will be wheat free)

Service £180. We will assist you with serving the food, from canapes to desert and as much as possible with drinks. We will leave when desert is served, leaving the kitchen at least as tidy as we have found it ; )
