Thank your for choosing to dine with Ambra's Kitchen for your birthday party! We can't wait to prepare the dinner for your family and friends.
We will be preparing the following, for 8 people:
Burrata with Radicchio from Treviso on a canapés spoon with a leaf of Parmesan cheese
Pate' with almond and cranberries crostini (Ambra to bring only the crostini)
Allergens: Wheat, Nuts
Row Porcini salad, with shaved Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Maldon salt and pepper
Crespelle with Roasted Radiccchio
Allergens: Dairy, Wheat, Eggs
Sharing Platters and Mains
Winter Leaves with Oranges, Roasted Walnuts, Coston Basset Stilton and Blackberries, with a Honey and Mustard Vinaigrette
Allergens: Walnuts, Dairy, Mustard
Roast Beef with New Roasted Potatoes
Allergens: Celery, Sulphites (in the Cabernet Sauvignon and Brandy)
The dinner will be freshly cooked in your own kitchen and served by us with Canapés starting at 7:30pm and Appetizers around 8
