Small Size Canapes:


Feta, watermelon and mint served on a skewer, topped with olive oil

2 x Rib-eye steak with sweet onions chutney on fresh Focaccia bread

Hummus on a canapes spoon served with gently fried mushrooms, topped with thyme and maple syrup

Stracciatella cheese served on a canape spoon topped with pomegranate or lime marinated courgettes and roasted pine nuts

2 x Revisited Shawarma chicken on a pitta bread with green salsa and coriander and tahini sauce, on pitta bread


Bigger Size Canapes:

Baba Ghanoush topped with Lemon Zest and Pomegranate on pitta

Italian Shortcrust Pastry with Almond flour and Parmesan cheese with handmade mayo, steamed asparagus and a parmesan leaf

Salads

Peaches,Buffalo mozzarella balls and mint

Lettuce, fried halloumi, mango, pomegranate, roasted pistachios, parsley and coriander. 

Desert

Pavlova with mixed berries and tropical fruit


The price covers:

- full menu for 21 people

- extra desert for 5 more guests (£6.5 each)

- staff of 2 to remain to serve and clear from 7pm till 10 pm (at £20ph each) 

-compostable bowls and cutlery (£0.9 each for full menu and £0.4 for desert only)  


Food will be served from 7pm on Saturday 18th May at 73 Burbage Road. We will be there preparing the food 2 hours before the event.
