Catering for Liana 's surprise 40th birthday party
The dinner will be for 12 people, priced at £83.3 each
Canapes:
Peanut butter chilli aubergine on a spoon
Halloumi with mango chutney and chilli on pitta bread
Gougeres with Crab meat (18 of them in total)
Appetizer
Raw Trout with burnt butter, pistachios, and tarragon (150g of trout per person)
Mains
Linguine with Clams, topped with parsley, black pepper and chilis (half a kg of clams pr person)Seabass cooked with soya, ginger and fresh chillies, served with roasted new potatoes (1 seabass of approx 800gr every 3 guests)
Desert
Fruit platter, with chocolate and hazelnuts coated meringues, cigarillo biscuits, and ice cream
Canapes will be served from 7:30pm and dinner from 8pm on Friday 5th July at 73 Burbage Road. We will be there preparing the food 2 hours before the event. There will be another person with me, assisting with plating and serving and clearing the table (3 and half hours at £20ph)
