Dear Rose,

Thank your for choosing to celebrate with Ambra's Kitchen. We can't wait to cook for your family and friends! 


We will be preparing the following for 28 people in total for £1,078 (of which 3 vegetarians):


Starter ~ £7.5
- Selection of pate' with toasted baguette from Toad or Little Bread Pedlar bakery, served with fresh and roasted grapes 
- A platter of Salame felino with little onions pickled in balsamic vinegar and cornichons, served with fresh focaccia bread
( 3 guests will have an aletrantive starter, vegetarian)
 
Main  - £15 
Madeira Roast Chicken Revisited  -- a super delicious dish of chicken thighs  cooked in Sauvignon Blanc, with Perello Olives, Capers, Dates and Pomegranate Molasses 
 and Aubergine Parmigiana for the vegetarians (3 portions)

Sides  
£3.5 Mashed potatoes cooked with Parmesan Cheese
£3.5 Steamed green beans with burned butter, garlic 

Dessert - £6
Long Pavlova covered with whipped cream and fresh fruit
Christmassy Shortbread cookies with orange zest, vanilla and star anise to be served with teas and cofffees £3
