Dear Sarah,
I look forward to cooking for you and your guests on Saturday 4th January 2025.
The menu will include:
- 20 main course size portions of Rigatoni with 7 hours Slow Cooked Lamb, pan fried aubergines, roasted pine nuts and fresh basil, topped (optional) with Parmesan cheese (the leg of lamb is cooked in Sauvignon blanc, garlic and vegetable stock)
- 10 main course size portions of Rigatoni with shitake and chestnut mushrooms cooked with garlic, single cream (no cream for vegans) and pan fried fresh spinach (optional parmesan on top)
- Winter salad for 30 guests (mixed leaves, pomegranate, thinly sliced radishes, oranges, roasted pistachios, pear, rocket, cucumber, with a light olive oil, mustard and honey vinaigrette)
- 30 mini Tiramisu'
If you have any diary free requirements, we can replace the Tiramisu' with Amaretti (almond flour Italian handmade cookies) for those with allergens (we require 72 hours notice for this)
I will arrive at about 5:30pm at 62 Grove Vale on 4th January. and leave after offering desserts to the guests. Food will be served at 7:30pm, buffet style.
