We will be preparing the following, for 8 people:
Filo Pastry Triangles with Roasted Pumpkin with Smoked Mozzarella
Allergens: Wheat, Diary, Peanut, Sesame
Sharing Platters and Mains
Winter Leaves (Red and White Chicory and Radicchio di Treviso) with Blood Oranges, Walnuts, Coston Basset Stilton and Blackberries, with a Honey and Mustard Vinaigrette
Allergens: Walnuts, Dairy, Mustard
Seabass with Ginger and Soy
Allergens: Fish, Soy, Sesame Oil, Peanut Oil, Celery
Burnt Basque Cheesecake
Allergens: Dairy, Eggs
All food will be delivered fully prepared on Saturday 26th November, delivered at about 7pm at your place.
Please note that the appetizer will need to be placed in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and the sea bass will require to be cooked for 40 minutes at 200 C with fan, basting twice during this time (to check if ready, gently insert the knife into one of the slits and check that the flesh comes away from the bones and is no longer transparent.
We will arrange a convenient time afterwards so we can collect our dishes and pots from you.
