Catering for Suman
Dear Anna,
Thank your for choosing to celebrate with Ambra's Kitchen your husband's surprise birthday party! We can't wait to cook for you!!
It will be a pleasure for us to look after your family and your guests.
We will be preparing the following:
- 9 burrata with pomegranate and lime infused courgettes
- Chickpeas salad with orange infused tomatoes and red onions, fresh oranges , feta, mint and parsley
- a Moussaka Casserole (6 adult portions)
- a whole Roast Chicken (from William Rose butchers) stuffed with spring onions, basil, lemon and butter, and cooked with lemon glazed potatoes (skin on)
All food will be delivered fully cooked and prepared on Saturday 3rd September between 3 and 4 pm at your place. We will arrange a convenient time afterwards so we can collect our dishes and pots from you.
