Catering for Suman - Xmas 2023 final

Dear Suman,

Thank your for choosing to celebrate with Ambra's Kitchen. We can't wait to cook for your family and friends! 


We will be preparing the following for 15 people in total for £500 (approx £33 pp):

Lime ColeSlaw served on a spoon with turmeric cashews 

Palmiers with mushroom and garlic filling, topped with green olives and capers pate
Mashed Roasted Aubergines, with soya sauce,  sesame oil with crunchy peanut butter and fresh chillies, served on a canapes spoon 

 

Chicken Marbella Revisited for 7 - chicken legs cooked with Perello green olives, capers, mature dates. pomegranate molasses, oregano. It is to die for!  The red meat lovers will also be pleased because of the intensity of the flavours and its juiciness. 

- Beef Moussaka for 8 - a classic Moussaka with a rich beef ragu'' made with cinnamon, pregano and cloves. Potatoes are finely hand chipped, brushed with olive oil and roasted on the oven before being baked in the Moussaka. The aubergine slices are also individually brushed with oil and backed in the oven before been assembled for the Moussaka. 
Ambra's Roasted Cauliflower served hot, cooked with cream, roasted hazelnuts, cumin, coriander, parsley and tarragon

Charred tomatoes with butter beans and yoghurt,  cooked with garlic, thyme, oregano and sugar  - Served with Focaccia

Grilled Halloumi served on a lettuce leaf and topped with fresh mango, coriander, olive oil, roasted pistachios Maldon salt  

 

The total cost of the menu for 15 people is £500, approx £33 pp.

 

2 extra people for Canapes: £20 in total

 

Kids menu for 5 kids:

A selection of cut fresh vegetables to start (cucumber, pepper and carrots) with fresh focaccia, followed by fusilli pasta with fresh handmade pesto.

Service charge:

Ambra 3:30- 7pm, At £25 ph

I will be:

 -cooking the Palmiers on spot
- frying the halloumi and preparing that salad on the spot with the mango
- cooking the chicken and the cauliflower on the spot
- reheating the Moussaka
- explaining the menu to your guests and plating the dishes
- cooking the dinner for the kids

 

Ximena, 4pm - 7pm at £15ph

Ximena will be assisting you in setting the table, serving the canapes and pre-dinnner drinks, serving the kids lunch, serving the adults main dishes for sharing.


Canapes' will be served on Saturday 2nd December at 4:30 and dinner at 6:30pm. Printed menus (including desert description) will be brought with us with full allergens list. (I have added eggs in the allergens list, please let me know if there are any others in the desert that I should be mentioning)

The total cost is of £695. The link to payment is for 2/3  of this amount (£463.33). The rest can be settled after the event and would reflect and changes to menu or service hours mutually agreed. 

We will arrange a convenient time afterwards so we can collect our dishes and pots from you.
