Dear Suman,

Below is a description of the quoted job and costs:

We will be preparing the following for 18 guests and 7 kids, targeting small portions as it will be eaten in a bamboo bowls with compostable cutlery (so we are catering for roughly 12 except for the canape which will be prepared for 18, and the 2 extra gnocchi portions).

Adults menu:

Blini with salmon, red currant, handmade mayo and chives £3.8 (18 portions)

Shawarma chicken on pita bread with a tahini based salsa and topped with salsa verde £3.6 (18 portions)

Burrata cheese on a canape spoon topped with roasted grape and gently pickled tomato £3.5 (18 portions)

Shoulder of lamb with dry figs, ginger, garlic, onions, cardamon, cinnamon, topped with pistachios, coriander and parsley (a Whole Shoulder, 8 full portions, £26 each), a very large casserole, with Mash Potatoes, cooked with Cream and parmesan Cheese (£4 each, 8 portions)

Gnocchi all Romana (Semolina Gnocchi with Parmesan, Truffle oil and fried sage) £14 each, 6 full portions (a large casserole)

Lettuce, cucumber, avocado, coriander, apple, sunflower seeds and pistachios (with lime dressing, olive oil and black sesame seeds dressing (a tray, 6 adult portions at £7.5 each)

Fennel, thinly sliced, oranges, dill, feta and kalamata olives (a large tray, 6 adult portions at £7.5 each)

Kids Menu:

Small pasta with pesto, raw vegetables with hummus and freshly baked focaccia (£8.5 per person)

Service

Compostable bowls and cutlery Bowls (£0.70 for 25 people)

Ambra (£25 ph) from 3:15-7:45 (4.5 hours)

Ximena (£15 ph) from 3:15-7:45 (4.5 hours)

(any required extra hour of service will be charged £40)

We expect guests to arrive from 4PM on Saturday 14th December

Ximena will serve their first drink upon arrival, afterwards it will be self service.

Canapes will be served from 4:30 till 6

Kids will be served at 6pm.

Adults buffet food will be served around 6:45-7pm

I will be:

-cooking the Shawarma chicken on spot

- preparing the salmon blini canape

- preparing the burrata canapes

- reheating the lamb and dressing it with fresh herbs, nuts and dry figs

- preparing the salad dishes

- cooking the dinner for the kids

Ximena will be assisting you in setting the table, serving the canapes and drinks up to 5:30pm, assisting in the preparation of the canape and salads, serving the kids lunch at 6:30pm.

We will arrange a convenient time afterwards so we can collect our dishes and pots from you.

Menu with allergens will be provided on the day.
