Dear Tara,
I look forward to cooking for you on Friday 29th November.
Here is the list of canapés that we have agreed, and which will be prepared for 20 people.
- Gruyere Twists (handmade delicious puff pastry twists, super cheesy).
- Parmesan cheese leaf with ginger jam and rocket leaf (V)
- Trout tartare on Tortilla with burnt butter, toasted pistachios and tarragon (Fish)
- A selection of Italian charcuterie (bresaola, fennel salami and salame felino) on bamboo cone served with Perello olive (Meat)
- Rib-eye steak on freshly baked focaccia with sweet onion chutney (Meat)
- Mini Tiramisu' served in a little compostable cup with compostable spoon (sweet)
- Lemon cannoli (Sweet)
- Amaretti - hand made biscuits with orange zest (Sweet - gluten free)
- Brutti ma buoni meringues ("ugly but delicious", italian meringues with chopped walnuts and lemon zest) (Sweet)
I will arrive at 2201A Underhill Road (SE22 0PD) between 1pm and 1:30pm, for serving at 3pm when your guests are expected to arrive and I expect to leave at around 5pm.
I will bring a printed menu with me for your guests, with the list of allergens.
