Catering for the KOVN Event
Salads for 40 guests (with some breads on the side) and Tiramisu' in individual compostable cups with spoons, priced at £17 per person.
Salads:
Lettuce, rocket, thin slices of raw courgettes, apples, fennel, toasted hazelnuts, with an apple juice and balsamic vinaigrette
Roasted Cauliflowers and onions, topped with raw grated cauliflower, pomegranate, topped with cumin, olive oil, Maldon salt, roasted pistachios, tarragon, mint and parsley
Cannellini beans, with sugar peas, cherry tomatoes, peppers, kalamata olives, lemon juice
Roasted sweet potatoes, fried spring onions, crumbled goat cheese, figs (if sweet ones are available, otherwise we can replace with pomegranate or blackberries)
