Catering for Yolly

Dear Yolly,

I look forward to catering for you and your guests at your shop closing party.

I will be catering for 40 people (a generous bowl size food for each guest). This will include a platter with cannellini beans, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, sugar peas and peppers and a whole focaccia as discussed. The charge will be £533 for food for 40 people.

I will bring also compostable bowls and cutlery as well as servicing plates.  The charge will be £35 for people including sharing platters.

I will be arriving by 3PM to have food ready at 4PM
