We can't wait to look after you and your family on this special occasion. Please see below the agreed menu and the agreed service. Let us know if there is anything that you would like to amend.

14 adults only: Triangle of filo pastry filled with feta and honey and toppers with a bit of paprika dust. £4

18 portions (adults and a bit more for some kids) Gently fried Courgette served with handmade tzatziki, dill and roasted walnuts £5

14 portions (adults only) of Baba Ghanoush £4.5 (handmade, prepared with smoked aubergines and smoked garlic)  

10 portions (for kids only) of twisted puff pastry with gruyere cheese 3.8  

8 portions of Parmigiana (layers of aubergines sliced and roasted in the oven, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese) £14.5

It's a great dish for a red meat lover and super Mediterranean.

(The steak is marinated in rose harissa, served with roasted peppers, garlic and preserved lemons. £26 (in a sharing platter you may just reduce the portion overall to give people choice and allow them to try another dish). It comes with the pepper as a side dish and freshly baked focaccia. 

Pasta with fresh handmade pesto for the 10 kids £7.5 each. (the portions will be slightly smaller than adults size, as I remember you have a couple of very young kids)

10 portions Mangetout and green beans with roasted hazelnuts, mint parsley and fresh oranges salad. £5

12 portions Roasted new potatoes cooked with butter,  lemon juice (NO garlic) and topped with crumbled feta, pine nuts, dill and parsley £5.5 

15 portions Green Salad with freshly cut lettuce and rocket leaves, slices of cucumber, julienne pepper and carrots. £3.5

Pavlova, for 12 people with berries, mango and passion fruit £8.5 each 

Tiramisu' £6.5 for 14

Mariuska and I will arrive from about 2-2:30 to finish prepping the food. The food will be served buffet style starting from 4:14 with the appetizers, followed by the kids' pasta, then the adults mains and salads, and finally desserts. Dinner is expected to finish at 6:30. Lina, from our team,  will arrive to support us and clean from 4:30, she will stay for an extra hour till 7:30 (or till 8pm at the latest, unless agreed otherwise) to clean plates, glasses and cutleries. Total staff charge is £160, unless staff is required to stay longer (£20 for any extra hour can be paid directly to the staff)
