This is the bill just for the cost of the canapes, which was not properly included in the initial charge. Thank you very much for your understanding.
For the 29 adults:
Canapés (one each), total of £316:
Palmiers with mushroom and garlic filling, topped with green olives and capers pate £3.5
Trout tartare on Tortilla with burnt butter and pistachios £3.7
Pineapple with sweet and spicy caramelized pork £3.6
Fried Halloumi topped with mango and chili served on canape spoon £3.6
Mains £23 pp for 29 adults, total of £667
1 whole Celebration Chicken (cooked over basmati rice, contains lamb, cinnamon, almonds, pine nuts, yoghurt and pomegranate) (8 main portions +)
10 portions of Aubergine parmigiana (1 large tray with 8 portions +1 small (2 gluten free portions)
1 small tray for 2/3 people Aubergine Parmigiana gluten free (2/3 mains)
10 (main portions) Sliced rib-eye steaks, marinated in rose harissa sauce topped with roasted pepper and preserved lemons
For the kids, for a total of £305:
3 small portions of Rigatoni with pesto £6.5
6 portions of Rigatoni with pesto £10 (pesto is made with both pine nuts and cashews)
11 portions of Chicken Marbella (cooked with Perello olives and dates) £17 each with potatoes £3.5
Salads + fresh focaccia on the side £8, for a total of £232
Roasted new potatoes cooked with lemon and garlic and topped with parsley and chilies
Roasted sweet potatoes topped with fried spring onions, fresh figs, fresh chillies, crumbled goat cheese and walnuts
Crunchy green lettuce salad with radishes, apples, mango, cucumbers, and a Dijon and honey dressing
Desserts
Long Pavlova for 40 portions with mix fruits, and flowers £9 each for 360.
Staff
It will be myself with 3 other of my staff. We will be arriving at 11 and leave around 4.
Cost per hour of £20 each for a total of £400.
