Mediterranean Meatballs with Potatoes and Onions (Thu 2 Mar)

My mum and my grandmother before her, used to make these potatoes for me as a treat sometimes on a weekend; their thinly sliced and cooked with abundant onions and breadcrumbs in sunflower oil, which gives then a gentle sweetness.
